Subject	Emissions ?

Message	I just BARELY passed emissions yesterday. I had to get high flow cats welded in. Anyway, I wanted to gut out the precats or go with downpipes. The thing is I barely passed with a 1045 out of an allowable 1047 on the NOx part (Dont know what this means). Now, my question. Anyone know if I'll be able to still pass w/o the precats, or would this change put me over the limit? I've read that the precats only affect cold startup emissions, but I'm right on the edge. Thanks guys.
